In March of 2005, Tamiro Ventures purchased a city block, bounded by Fifth and Sixth Streets, Austin Avenue and Main Street, located in the heart of downtown Georgetown.

The couple’s vision for this 1.32 acre site is an 130,000+ square-foot center, a multiphase, mixed-use complex that will include office, retail and residential space along with a fitness/wellness center.

This separate component of the complex, The EverLife Wellness Center, will offer a wide range of wellness, health and fitness services and products, all with a focus on the active market of 50 plus age clientele. The center will be a “one-stop shopping for health services and products”.

The offices for Tamiro Ventures are located in Georgetown, Texas at 501 S. Austin Avenue.
